The London Test Section (LTS) was based at the GPO telephones site at Studd Street Islington London.

The Social and Athletic Club (LTSSAC) was very active and a regular newsletter Club Gen was published.
When Calibration and QA (the two arms of the LTS) went thier separate ways this means of contact died.

It was Dave Fairhurst who kept the the ex-LTS guys and girls informed of what was going on by producing Dave's Gen.

After Dave's sad and sudden passing, John Tythe agreed to take on the heavy mantle of attempting to produce Dave's Gen.

Dave kept the Gen going on input from ex-LTSers. Similarly, John would welcome any history or recent personal stories you have that could be included in Dave's Gen.
